We work with suppliers to find tools and equipment suited to your requirements, from precision workshop tools to products for industrial and repair work. Availability and specifications are checked for each enquiry.
Quotations & Orders
Request a quotation for the products and quantities you need. We confirm availability, total cost, payment arrangements and estimated delivery time. Orders become binding only upon ViaLox's written confirmation.
Delivery Coordination
We arrange delivery throughout Switzerland, with direct shipping from suppliers where available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed in your quotation.
After-Sales Support
ViaLox is your contact for order questions and product issues. We coordinate with the supplier where needed and explain the next steps for defects, returns or warranty enquiries.
Developing the ViaLox Brand
Alongside our distribution activities, ViaLox is developing its own brand, with selected ViaLox-branded products planned as the range grows. Product details will be shared as they become available.
